This 2h30 workshop will provide you with the foundation skills to share the gift of A Touch of Gentleness with family and friends. It is an introductory exploration to working with the energy of gentleness , bringing the spotlight on your hands and giving you the skills and confidence to offer a lovely hand massage safely, to people you know. No previous experience is necessary.
This workshop also makes a wonderful 'wellbeing event' for organisations who are looking to support the wellbeing of their staff.
Real life applications of offering the hand massage include; a special time to share between parents and children, a new routine to implement at bedtime, bringing calm to a stressed or anxious loved one, friend, work colleague or yourself, offering relief for someone in pain, a treat for a friend, communicating gentleness when you can’t find your words....
Note: this course does not include any insurance or equipment. Neither does it give you the necessary training needed to work hands-on with the general public.
Should you wish to become a volunteer with A Touch Of Gentleness we invite you to look at the
