As you soothe your nervous system you will then, through co-regulation, have the silent ability to soothe another's. So the effect ripples out.
To prepare please allow yourself half an hour of uninterrupted time.
You will need a big cushion or pillow, some hand cream if desired and a towel to protect your cushion.
